How do I find out how many times I have ascended??
just wondering seeing as I dont know how to....

I assume he is wondering what LG level he is on.
If that is so, check with legocalc :http://www.arvystate.net/calc2/main.php
Just look at what LG level your stats are the same as ingame, or at least very similar.
