Unable to log in or reset pasword *INACTIVE*

Hi,

I'm no longer able to login, I always get the "incorrect credentials error". I have also tried to reset the password many times but each time i get a validation message "Password must be at least 8 characters and must contain at least one lower case letter, one upper case letter and one digit." even through i have tried several passwords that meet those requirements. I have tried multiple browsers, this has been since 18th March.

Still having this issue (on main) and no response to support emails so far :(
