Make Ascended Server more FireFox Friendly?

So, I've been playing from home and from school and I've noticed something.. Since my school is gay and won't let us download anything, I have to use IE, and I've noticed that the ascension server actually seems designed for IE instead of FF.. Such as the Ajna background being all black in FF, but stary in IE. And the Cosmos page doesn't adjust too well with FF, though it seems perfect in IE.. Just wondering if this is just me >.>

This appears in the head of both SGW main and SGW ascended. I don't play the other two so don't know about them. This tag indicates that the page was generated for IE5. It contains proprietary attributes that only work in IE...for every other browser, these proprietary attributes are ignored, thus rendering a different appearance.

In order to make things meet W3C specifications (thus theoretically making all browsers render them the same) admin would have to rewrite swathes of the html source on every page. I doubt he has the time or the patience to do this.

I use only FF, and consider outlay differences a small price to pay. My Cosmos page seems find - can't see anything funny with it.

I think the cosmos problems are just because of my screen size >.< I tried IE at home with the same problems (nothing technicle, just makes life harder on me trying to check for DMU >.<) But it would be awesome to get the background.. (yea, I`m a picky B@stard >.< dont mind me)

More seriously, I'm Ajna, using FF and I see a starry background. I normally block out everything with AdBlock, but I tested it just now without AdBlock, and there it was, a starry, shiny background.
