Differences in spy logs - spylog.php

I have just been experimenting in the accuracy of spy logs, and have spied the same player over 20 times. However there has been differences with some of the results that have been given.

For example: on one of the first recon missions, i was shown that the player had 0 attack turns. Then on some consecutive missions, I saw 87, 122 and 150 attack turns. I can't be 100 percent sure, but believe that the same had occurred with the amount of spies that that player had as well.

Old thread, but I just got the same thing for turns.

Spied on xxx and got 45 turns, then got 712 - I'm assuming it just fluctuates between turns and rested turns?
