Alliance messaging suggestion

Hey this is just a suggestion but why not give the leader/2nd of an alliance the ability to allow (or disallow) the ability to message the whole alliance? I think that this will help an alliance big or small see whos active or gonna be active in an alliance? As an alliance we can already see who we're attacking and getting attacked by, why not give this ability also? Maybe allow a grouping to give the ability to (or you naturally gain it after being in an alliance after awhile?

why would you want admin to spend so much time on this, when all you have to do is tell your second in command not to send out alliance wide messages if for some reason you dont want them to. I think the admins time is best spent on finishing the alliance bank, and look at other issues the game has.

Why dont you suggest that admin has a thing in the alliance control panel that tells you when each of your members last logged on.

His suggestion is not allowing or disallowing the 2iC to send out messages.

His suggestion is for the ability for Leader and/or 2iC to allow or disallow messages to be sent from members of the alliance. Therefore allowing the members of the alliance to communicate easier.

This would be redundant with the free forums that are available, plus MSN, AIM, GTalk, etc.
