I might have misunderstood the message that said the AMS troops were going to be ineffective the last 5 days of the Era but I just hit a nobody farm and lost over 3 million Troops to AMS units that kicked in during the Defense. Kinda caught me by surprise, since I was leaving on vacation today I had already started Training up Troops that I would not normally have, and losing 20% of my Army in one Attack pretty much ends the Era for me competitive wise.

Maybe it meant they could not be used for Attacks but could still fire in defense?? If so, everyone should know that if you want to Pack on some AMS for Defensive purposes they will still pack a wallop in Defense!! Don't do like this stuppy ole man and stop Spying for AMS thinking you don't have to worry about them! I was still trying to play a little and finish high but this one action has left me with so many losses cause I stepped on an AMS mine that I have no need to keep plugging.

Ole Affy and Mrs. Affy finally have a little vacation, and I am heading to the "Big Apple" for a few days and have tickets to the Season 35 finale of Saturday Night Live! Should be fun, always wanted to attend a live SNL and the host is Alec Baldwin, musical guest is Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. Unfortunately I'll be in the air on a plane when Era 22 ends so I will miss the fun. I'll be thinking of you all in NY!!
