Bank is based on income so maybe try resetting defcon, if not maybe sacrifice one market turn to up the bank and see if it catches on

is your bank size 1 tril? (or less) maybe it's a bug that has to do with the new 1 tril minimum bank size.

Please try some calculations first. I did some rules/calculation searching.

Bank Size

A new minimum bank size has been introduced. It is currently set to 1,000,000,000,000. This should allow newer players the ability to hold enough to trade, etc, without needing a big income.

ome Per Turn: "Natural Income" is Untrained Units x 20 plus Miners/Lifer x 80 per turn x race bonus (25% for Goa'uld).

Bank Capacity: 75% of Natural Income x 48 x 2 (ie 1.5 days of natural income)

So do the math is: your Income per turn *48*2*0,75 is larger than 1,000,000,000,000

If the answer is no, you simple wont see the benefits of the increased banksize until your army grows.
However as soon as you pass the limit it should become effektive.
