what happens if one changes race bonus, like from attack bonus to get income . do u lose the techs bought so far?

it should show - or not

you'll lose techs/weapons and units

so be sure before you do anything and of course untrain your units

When changing any of your race characteristics, it costs one race change point per attribute change EACH time you change.

If you wish to change race bonus (race personality type), race techs, or race units, you may now choose a new set. Note the current race details/contributors available:

yea.. but i race changed once myself already

you loose a race point and nothing more no techs are lost and Yes I have changed from 12% income bonus to 25% attack bonus.
