so can Outward Charisma increase my Cosmic Expansion Rate i need 500 million Cosmic Expansion Rate, if i work on this can i get further along , there are not many farms out there left and this last month has been very expensive

Thank you fro the cal , but need some little more help , it takes me a the moment a very nervous long time to farm , so which things in my question can help me move to 500 million exp rate ?

increasing my outward Charisma or just keep trying to farm the penny's that are left out there .

The most efficient way to reach 500,000,768 CER is to build

844 Outward Charisma
and 594,367 Cosmic Exploratory Fleets.

This is where you need to be, to get there in the quickest (and cheapest) way!
