Old multies back?

One of my long, long time inactive farm has suddenly got active, both in-game and on the forums (buying turns). He's also become a member of KONY alliance. Right after (less than a minute) I attacked him I got attacked by another member of this alliance. I found it a bit weird so decided to check them and a lot of them have popped out in old multi threads:

Those two Shanes may (or may not) be a coincidence, but still think it's worth checking.

This is spider312 and my name is John. A few friends and I from the same school play every now and again. My buddy Shane W will come over after school and use my bros laptop and we communicate effectively that is why you were attacked immediatly after. Just clearing that up.

Well, the admins can check the IPs from which anyone logged into any account, so that can be cleared up very easily.

Their alliance has disbanded Shane W is now in Eternal Knights. Some of them seem to have become inactive again, but this needs confirmation.
