What happens to the naq in the alliance bank if you were to disband the alliance?

Yup, just spend it all before disbanding.
Funny story, at some point the bank increase % was very cheap (a few B) and unlimited. People would hop between alliances to get massive increases. Imagine several 100+trillion alliance banks being emptied in seconds to get a massive bank.

Would not work now, bank size increase became tied to the others, growing more expensive as the alliance gets older / bigger.
