Is This an Income bug??

Well, imagine people utilising Income circles without the loss of income to each other that we get now. 300b income, giving 100b to an officer, making their income 400b, free 100b to each in the circle (assuming same income), plus free UP boost. Admittedly it was always this way, but with the incomes people have now it's probably a good thing it works like this, would be nuts.

There would be no free income, it's just distributed differently, its the UP that's free. Unless I've missed something?

You're right, as a 300bil income circle, you would give 100B to officer but gain 100B from Commander, leaving your income to be the same.

You would also gain 30% on UP which would be a free gain.
