I'm no genius at this game but isn't having 0 spies and 191m anti-covert units a pretty stupid thing to do?

Well, if he has similar level Cov / Anti-Cov skills, then he will have trained all his spies as Anti-Cov to get the extra power to boost his rank. I assume whomever you have found is still ascending, or going for G&R.General Riviera wrote:Just noticed the person is on PPT but I'll PM the ID
Also nothing wrong with having a nice number of Anti-Cov trained, if somebody wants to burn hundreds of millions of UU(lifers) on killing them off, more fool them
