i can't make myself my only commander, i'am getting the popup staying i have to be allaince frist officer second...
HOWEVER
why is it that when i look at the other allaince both ETL, and Zaphor are leaders and there own commander.

they probably give the allaicne to someone go there own c.o and tell them to give it back.
