You really think that if all the Mods were stand up citizens then all the children on this forum would behave like them? Wake up mate, you're dreaming.

Not all.. but you may be surprised how many would. But the answer is it doesnt matter if any of them behave, their(or my) behavior is no reason to act like them.

In that same thread, read Nooberts post.

Is that word acceptable or was he warned?

Oh and you should consider just removing the ability to post instead of completely banning a user. Its somewhat difficult to talk to the ombudsman when his ingame account is on vacation mode and you have to rely on catching him on msn. Im not laying blame on him, just saying it would be much easier if the "banned" user could exchange pms with the ombudsman here in the forum.

I didn't forget to do anything, I said:

Goodbye.

You quoted the wrong post but anyway, I am not seeking immunity for anyone. I simply want the same standard held for everyone. Right now that isnt being done by everyone.

Removal of rights by section is being looked at.

So everyone but mods can be abrasive and childish?

Mods work for free and put up with childish BS constantly, as long as they stay inside the rules they can reply in any fashion they deem necissary, just like all forum users. (Not say you or or case id either, but in general 90% of it is)
