Well I was on when my MDPSD were supposed to end and game wasn't up and then I still couldn't get back on when I tried later then I tried once I got home and I had all my planets missing so PPT and Rollback should have been awarded as was the case last time because this is horse

gatewars ( all servers ) seems to freeze every couple of minutes ( not only on turn change )

It's the site certificate that has expired. Which means you won't be communicating with the website over https so no encrypted traffic between your device and the server.
Anyone can listen in to your traffic...I would advise not logging in until it's resolved unless you want to risk your email / password being intercepted.

couldn't get on here, on main or ascended due to admin error according to firefox and chrome.

the game and server are not actually down, so the valid and important reports of the site certificate issues might be going unnoticed here.

This thread is for the server being down/offline, not for reporting an expired SSL certificate.
An expired certificate does not prevent you from logging in a playing, it just means your traffic too and from the server is not encrypted, which was the default case a couple of years ago.
