ok not sure how this will go down but it a kind of sloution to snipers and also brings cs into use.

as ascended being we need our followers (in this case planets for our power). Have a new unit type as part of cs (example fleets in main) that are avatars whose job it is to keep untrained planets under your influence (sg1 world the ori avatars). the more untrain you have the more avatars u need. if planets are trained then they do not need to be kept under influence as they have a purpose. now if u do not have enough avatars u lose 1% say of the number of untrained you have over the amount you are allowed with the avatars you have trained. like fleets in main the avatars can be destroyed but the slots for them on the ships can not. thus including the cs again without adding a multipler to its def etc stats.


the reason i see this as a solution to snipers is most just sit there with billions of untrained planets and incomes just big enough for them to train up again to do a farming or massing. they will have to keep themselves trained up consantly or lose the untrained planets they have. thus atleast meaning that they will be farmed if they train them as labour planets and revolution can be used to untrain labour if needed

so anyone have suggestions or see problems with this proposal

An intresting idea, but will 1% be enough or will their massive CER's blow right past it? Also keep in mind a sniper only needs what? 2.5 bill planets to be able to snipe every account in the game now? So they can still pull 100% of their CER's if they so choose.

well 1% was just an idea (place to start) could be more but if u make it to big all that will happen is that it will become overpowered and an easy way to down size people
