I could probably make a sig for you guys if you want.. But how will you go about deciding who to mass out of XyZ-Scammer's friends? o_O

in an aliance or notif they are sort of thing

I can see massing alliance members/officers/CO if they refuse to drop said scammer, but I don't agree with this if random people are going to be labled 'friends' and massed without warning.. Anyone want to clear this up for me?

As for the sig, I'll fix up something tomorrow if I have time

the people that the scammer associates with will be informed of the evidence against said scammer.. if they continue to harbour the fellon after knowing the crime, they will be painted with the same brush

@clarkey... the first incident was seperate form this..... this is created after that and this will be functioned on diplomacy first to isolate wrongdoers and supporters

also @ clarkey, i have reimbured mass victims, not alot but im workin on it
