all above are bad ideas, i honestly dont see a way for a 1v1 to happen easiest way to find the winner is for 1 of them to give up people just need to stay out of them and respect the fact that its a 1v1

Which would require you to PM every single play in the game about your vendetta. Since whos gonna pass up the chance to farm someone with naq out and no defence cause it was massed whilst in a vendetta.

i dont mean it like that. a 1v1 on the forums is posted and players jump in saying mass him and i mass you or sit on you bla things like that. players just need to stay out of 1v1s there put up as 1v1 for a reason

Not if you limit the vendetta to say 1-2 days. And just only allow one every fortnight instead

What was this in relation to Lith? Are you saying it should be doable for the 5 days you said?

And that will stop vultures or those whom don't read the forum from attacking them anyway how? Vultures don't exactly have much honour anyway...

Even this is exploitable. What's to stop those people vendettering from farming others, and then they have to "stay out of it" cause that player is in a vendetta

basicly i think its grand the way it is, others just need to respect thats its a 1v1. if there is gonna be an update to it then it does have t be taught out very very well

So long as the rules are achievable and doable by both of the participants then there should be no worries.

Outside interferance means you just declare a new vendetta - problem solved

Or just vendetta the server, that way you can farm anyone you want, cause your in a vendetta with them

The only possible way for a vendetta system to work is if Jason were to somehow create a way do this...
1.) Allow one player to declare a vendetta against another player.
2.) If player 2 accepts, another ME screen will appear which will only calculate ME gained between both players
3.) Only possible way for a winner to be determined is to compare the following ratios :
* supers trained : supers lost
* MS volleys built : MS volleys lost
* MS shields built : MS shields lost
* MS fleets build : MS fleets lost
Any other way could probably be too easily exploitable. Supers and MS are the only things that can't be trained and untrained. If one player refuses to build a defense, it should be reflected in the attack supers trained : attack supers lost ratio of the opponent since he would have lost fewer attack supers.

A separate ME page allows you to compare ME against the individual, unfortunately it still won't reflect outside influence.

Fleets can be untrained, MS can be massed by others, so it seems like you built more then they destroyed, and supers can also be massed by outside interference again training more then your loosing

You're right about fleets... probably shouldn't be added. But I still believe that the only way to figure this out is to have a separate ME page for each other. Only assaults on that specific ID would be recorded on that page.

As for everything else, If someone outside my vendetta masses me... then the person I am in the vendetta with will not have those losses shown on their vendetta ME records. If I fully build my MS, but someone outside the vendetta masses my MS... then my enemy will not get those credited to his vendetta ME and will have a greater disparity in what he actually destroyed.

some have based the accounts in cov/ac to mass fast instead of big MS, they use snipe MS mode so sab points shall be calculated

they way i proposed is easier

its by maintaining rank and gaining points , so u are forced to drop yr apponent and build up each time u log at the end who got more gnr wins and teh system add u 1 vendetta point as a reward
