So then you are contesting the verbal and not the warning... Maybe rethink your case before you rush in?

The verbal warning does not concern me as it's not a legitimate warning. That being said the verbal warning is unjust as well.

The verbal warning is just, as your comments were racist/discriminatory. Since you chose to edit your post after [BoT]Jason edited it and rewrote the comments (and responded to [BoT]Jason's actions as a mod), you were given a Board Warning, Which would also be seen as just.

Secondly, just because you say they are doesn't make them so. Lord knows what sort of trash this forum would end up in if you got more power.

Lol, not king at all (probably not awe inspiring either ). When did I say that? I was just going based off evidence from the posts/user notes. Stating my own opinion.

I didn't say that they are just because I said they are. And how did this go from discussing the comment and the mods actions on it, to how the forum may or may not end up if I were to get more "power"? This is just deviating from the original topic.

I saw it as racist/discriminatory (which is why I reported it, btw). [BoT]Jason seems to agree, as he modded it. You went against it. Psyko warned you for going against it and for the original racism/discrimination, of which you were verbally warned for. Three people all believe it is racist/discriminatory. Plus the users who have already posted here. That is why I believe the warning was just.

This is an opinion, not a "judgement call or ruling". I don't have that authority, nor do I believe that I do.

Nooo! The issue is with the actual warning. Whoever verbal warned me told me to 'sugar coat' what I was already sugar coating. Which I did but apparently someone wasn't getting any at home so they had to come here to the forum to get their sweet taste of.......

No wonder you failed to get the votes for Oms with comments like that.

Your official warning was for responding to a Moderator in the thread rather than taking it out of the thread. Therefore your response to the Moderators action consists of spam because it is off topic from the thread.
