My man!! north side pwns

Since I upgraded to Holographic Planet Duplication technology, it no longer shows what the chance of it working is. If someone attacks me, what are the chances they will be shooting thin air, and what is the overall effect to the attacker of a thusly stymied attack? (lost turns, damage, etc.)

EDIT: Since I'm still waiting, another question: when I create a planet, does it still start out as "tiny" like I remember, or did that change?
