Ok, so for clarity:
Minimum = minimum needed to sab successfully
100% = total spies trained? Or some other value.

If i may, i would suggest something like the minimum giving a 50% chance of being found out. And 2x the minimum guaranteeing 100% stealth. So sending an extra 50% would give you 75% protection

Yay, Jim! <3 this idea

Those who disagree, indeed are only objecting because it's unfair to those who have already ascended. As already stated, most people who are at UnKnown made it their before people were getting Covert 38 and 39, they could just cruise around at 34 and it was great! That's different now.

Also, get over it. Sorry if it seems bias because I am at LG+1 right now (even though I was higher ascended before). You had it tougher than is proposed right now, well that's unfortunate I guess, but you're over it. That's in the past. This suggestion is about the future and you have to look at what would be best then.

I like the idea.

lol I said +100% meaning double the amount needed to sab required to guarantee anonymity ( no auto war ) with increasing odds of being undetected from +50% ( amount needed + 1/2 ) onwards.
