Maybe if people stop farming the damn farms at 2bil instead of letting them grow into nice big 2.4b+ adult farms!

maybe at austrailian hours... whenever I look they seem to very few above 2.2b... but maybe thats just having an abundance of turns making me trigger happy? =)
