I find it funny for how easy it is to get only 7 have it and none of them know how they got it. The action itself may be easy but figuring it out isnt which makes the achievement itself hard.
Or maybe 1 of these 7 or 8 ppl that have it knows how to do it but wont let on, for their own sick and twisted mind.
That being said im willing to pay gd naq to find out how its done.

Not a myth, i got it while still alive in the arena and lasted a good while after. Then fell asleep and woke up out of the tournament

I was talking to another player who has an idea of what it could be. He tried to figure out what was common with the players that got it. After thinking about it for a while I am inclined to agree, and if it is the case, I think Sol already gave us a big hint. I am not going to state it because I do not know for sure and don't want to hinder people's progress in the tournament.

If its not a myth then , just maybe one of these ppl had an idea on what to do from last arena but couldn't do it because wasn't enough left in.
So when this one started they went and did it. And told others how to do it.

I got infected and then self purged to 1 and let Sierena kill me after the turn...Once i self purged i checked my Achievements and Be Sierena's little helper was crossed off.

As an update: 6 people left in the tournament. Everyone seems to be fairly active so the Butcher shouldn't be making appearance any time soon, and no one looks to have a large plague drain going at the moment.
