trust me anything that you see online before the release date is a fake. i work at borders and there is strict instructions not to even open up the boxes until the 21st or you are subject to a lawsuit.

The version my friend got hold of online a few days wasn't a fake. He's compared it with the version I just purchased, and they're exactly the same. So yes, seems it was leaked.
