We are further pleased to confirm that after some minor re-negotiation the NAP that exists between Rico's Ruffnecks and the Omegan Empire has been extended to Rico's Warlords.

i think im right in saying
G,E is the empire the horus empire are part of and also the serpent lords and Necropolis Lordz and the honor gaurd but im not sure if this info is uptodate

For clarification: The Rico Warlords are seperate from the Horus Empire.

Any naps the Horus Empire are still valid for those alliances within that, which Rico Warlords are not part of.

Talks will be ongoing but all I can say that any NAPS that the Rico Warlords have is only with us no one else in the GE.

The GE treaty still applies to former alliances above but not currently the Rico Warlords.

Any decisions will be added into the GE HC area in which Rico Warlords HC will be granted access to ensure everyone is on board and it is visible and transparent process.

I cannot promise anything, but ultimately the Goauld have never had it so good.
