Yeah if you farm with plague after 12 hours it goes to last person that attacked you..

I have sent Forum an e-mail to his (more) personal e-mail account regarding this over 2 weeks ago and am awaiting reply, however it is normal to expect reduced activity in December due to the holidays and people taking some personal time off to be with family and whatnot.
I will try to use some other methods of alerting Forum to the issues presented here though - do bare in mind he has every right to go on a vacation with his family and take the time off, like anyone has the right to do so in pretty much every job, so perhaps that's the reason for (unusual) unresponsiveness during these times.

To go along with this. I mentioned something about the alliances being broken some weeks ago. Can not create new alliances. ect.

Alliance bugs still a SNAFU....
