Has anyone yet to Recommend The road?

Science Fiction Post apocolyptic Goodies vs Badies.

I wont spoil it for anyone, but its MUCH better than it sounds, and probally the best book, and better than any other film for that matter, in the Post Apocolyptic Genre.

The New Jedi Order and Any of the big big series in the SW books those are amazing and so are those Timothy Zahn books a must read seriously.
Well the Dark Materials is kinda sci fi

I concur. I read it on a business trip, and the writer is able to craft an eloquent, moving yarn.

I also would recommend the Horus Heresy series. The first in the series, Horus Rising, got me hooked.

I find space type sci fi dont really work for me in print, but I loved reading
