I personally would not want to see another, lest it be turned into what sg-1 became. A milked and destroyed story. As good as it was, I'd rather it go out before becoming a trash heap of nonsense

Eric Kripke said he would do 5, when he got the go ahead for supernatural his intention was always to only do 5 and finish it with the apocolypse.

When season 6 was planned he pulled out at being the lead on it, and left supernatural to the executive producer Sera Gamble. He stayed as a hands-on executive producer, but is not fully involved anymore.

So supernatural is already "basically" without its creater. Thats the reason i would be ok with another season, due to this one being good without its creator making it. But as i said, i will only be ok with another season based on the finale. a finale can make or break a whole season. lol.

who do you think the mother of all is?

good thinking SS. it could well be her

and i just watched the new episode. the ending left me wanting more. is it just a spasm, or has sam broken the wall.

i enjoyed having sam back, but am intrigued with the idea of him having his memories back of hell and not being a potatoe(which will deffo happen imo).

anyway, i dont care what other people think, i think that supernatural has stayed good without kripke, and tbh(though i still depends on how the rest goes, but i think it will be ok) i would want more seasons.

I think this season has kept the feel even without its main man(kripke), and i am actually very surprised by it. when i watched the finale i was overcome by joy as it was perfect(excluding the ending as it was only put in cause they got permission to do another season). I thought the new season was going to be one of those lets try get more money even if we ruin it.

But i have to say i am enjoying it, it may have been slow to start, but imo the story is shaping up, and i am getting that "cant wait for the next episode" feeling back, and any fan of supernatural knows that that feel(with supernatural) is epic. lol.

anyway, sorry for rampling, ive had a few to drink. but i speak the truth.

what do you guys think????
Its not as dumb as I was expecting, I don't like that castiel has been cut back and will only be popping in here and there and the main psychotic bad guy though. Personally, I think this is their way of testing the reactions of the viewers by "killing" him. If people react negatively, he will end up being alive fighting his possessor and the season finale will be them killing the leviathan and not knowing if castiel survives. Just my prediction.

I'm sure death will pop in here and there throughout the season as well, they'll need some sort of powered up ally. They always have one. Maybe it'll be crowley again...
cas being cut back doesnt really bother me. Jim Beaver has never been a series regular yet he is in it alot.

First episode was good though, i enjoyed it. If they can keep it up for the rest of the season ill be happy.

Castiel is dead....dead. DEAD.

This season so far... is...erm. ..pretty good in general. OKAY, so the leviathan thing is oddly familiar of a certain season 3/end of 2 thing we've seen and the buggers killed Castiel off in an awful way but then not everyone gets to go out with a bang.

However, the horror is back, the tension is back, Sam's mental break with Lucifer is more than entertaining as it's both funny and a good bit of TV. It seems like they're doing season 6 over the right way.
