The cap is ridiculous. Change the lowest level to be 10-20 billion, then make the cap dynamic!

Lol rflash will hit 20 bill in about a day if the cap is raised to there. About 100 accounts will get there in a matter of weeks.

So? Everyone will grow at approximately the same rate as now, but it also allows an account to get a bit bigger before they have to worry about caps.
