I like to hedge my bets I would pick the organic form but with one proviso, More nanites in case of total organic failure i can replicate to pure human form.

id pick a hedgehog form replicator yup with built in nanites and rocket launcher

i would go for a transformer like type. with tonns off weapon gadgets.

once deploying on the surface off a world, just taking on the form off a fighterjet, or a hummer when operation on the ground.
