2nd belgian meeting, 29th june 2008

me and sn0wballl were talking about the last belgian meeting (i was telling him about it lol) and we are both board members in the same youthcenter.
we can get the place all for ourself for free so we were thinking

how about we orgenise a 2nd belgian meeting this summer in our youthcenter where we will have:

- cheap drinks (sodas: 1euro, beer: 1,1euro ;p )
- a BBQ
- and we can stay over there if it is needed

anyone up for a 2nd one?

our youthcenter has an alcohol permit, we can have spirits, you can smoke in it, we can make coctails, and we have jenever

Don't forget me and Orpheus are gone to the Slovenian meeting from 11 to 20 july.

just some aditional information

welle is a part of denderleeuw, denderleeuw has a more then excelent conection by railway. i live at 5min walking distance of the station and sn0wball has agreed to driving the ppl from the station to the meeting if needed (youthcenter is about 15min walk away from the station)

the meeting will most likely be held on a sunday with going to the pub in the afternoon (for the ones who want to come early like usual ...:p) and a BBQ around 6-7pm in the youthcenter, reasons:
- we can only have the youthcenter to ourselfs without having to pay a fee on sunday and big planning issues.
- 'de chiro' is using our youthcenter (mostly our huge garden) in the afternoon

the pub that we'll be visiting will be: snooker time, it's more of a snooker hall (that is for the ones that always want to come from the afternoon) and the pub is open from 2pm, has 5 snooker table, 1 pool table and 1 'biliart' table.

possible dates for the meeting:
29th june or 27th of july

unless we are able to plan another date where we have the youthcenter to ourselfs and isnt 5-21 july or in august

if you guys can come during the week then we can have it on: mondays & thusedays to

well denderleeuw has 3 conections an hour to brussels with the train so i think you'll be fine with public transport, it can be aranged that you can sleep there (has been done before lol)

if everyone speaks dutch then the main language will be dutch. if there are ppl who are from other country's (except the netherlands) then we'll convert to english as the main language

At the first one i informed everyone of which i knew he or she was dutch or belgian. Alltough i do recall fighting you in the TLE vs Zion war i was not aware you were also belgian

my moedertaal is french, and i have lost most of my NL since i'm playing on internet (10 years ago at diablo1) but i hope to get some words back in NL soon
