For the full terms and rules of the game you'd be best to look on the actual website. The general jist of it however is that for each gameweek in the actual Premier League, each players' individual score is calculated on how well he plays that week. Players will score points for goals, assists for example and also lose points for bookings/sendings off, penalties conceded. Goalkeepers score points for clean sheets, penalties saved and a few other things.

Just remember don't get excited about ranking yet this thing goes on until next May!

Also, damn you Pablo Mendes for signing for a team in another damned country and leaving me forced to make a transfer this early in the season! And damn you Ronaldo for being injured too.
