Does buying FSS for 1001 Gnr points give you the ability to make donations to other players?

Yes
trading 1001 G&R counts as an ascention, and therefore gives you the same abilities as a USS.

nope just a normal 20$ SS not a USS/

ALL SS's give you the same "abilities"
resource transfers and the such. The "package" is what your refering to.

Yeah, they do de same thing. I've read de USS thing on de market, is it really worth it or is it any different than FSS?

only difference is "the package" of resources that come with it.
And purchasing a SS helps to keep the server running.
