automatic UP gain

last night, when i logged off i had 47 UP total, this morning when i logged on it was 55, lol.
not sure if it was suposed to or not... just thought i better post it someware

I did that, wasn't a bug. Forgot to modify a line of code that starts new accounts off at 48 UP and not 40. So I just gave everyone a 8 point boost who was below 40.

A lot of these bugs are from when the game was under beta. This was changed when the game went live.
