Quantum Leap should definitely be on that list! That show was great.
And I happen to like Sliders.
From that list though, I think my favorite would be the new Battlestar Galactica. That show is awesome. It's really gritty and seems like it could be what the future holds for us. Plus, the writing is really good.
Other favorites include Star Trek: TNG, Dr. Who (though, I've never seen any of the old ones), and of course, SG-1.
And I happen to like Sliders.

i used to think quantum leap was ok then i saw the last episode and from then on have vowed to never watch another episode of that forsaken show....
