A player with almost 7k army size ( 6,930 to be specific) over 50 UP (53) ?

must be bug for sure, can't see it possible to get this army size within 12 hours since game was created. Also not possibly to get that UP, it would take 2-3 50$ SS's and dont think anyone would spend that much so early in game.

If it is a bug, pls move to bug section.

IT couldn't possibly be SS , it's limited to one a week .
It has to be a bug I was on the game since the reset and I have only 45 turns , I don't see how he could have farmed to these heights or accumulated so many troops . Also I doubt it's a cheat since it's so dam obvious , I vote bug.

I just created the account and used all the naq I had on UP ... no SS, no cheats nothing

The accounts have been fixed, it was a bug.

EDIT: So, just to be 100% sure, 100 UUs, 20k naq, 45 turns and 40 UP is standard for new accounts?

You should have 200 UU. I'll look into it and fix.
