2 things I'd like to mention about the changes.

Firstly, I think generating 10 AT's per turn is far too high, thats almost 500 free turns per day at no cost. Maybe others disagree, but I just dont like it.

Secondly, with the changes to weapons... it looks interesting, but there appears to be a defence weapon missing....

Advanced Resource Consumption 78,600 31,440,000 Naquadah
Instant Material Acquisition 170,825 81,996,000 Naquadah
DeathNeedle Ship 278,571 156,000,000 Naquadah

Repli-Bomb 85,000 33,100,000 Naquadah
Cellular Decay Pulse Weapon 290,000 160,000,000 Naquadah

Thats a pretty massive gap between the top two defence weapons.

Also, I have a question about the bank increase option.

It says 20% increase but I want to know if that is 20% of your bank size at the time you use it (like a set value), or if it means your bank is 20% at all times.

Basically, if my bank is 500bil when I use it, I would expect a 100bil increase..... but if I double the amount of miners I have afterwards, does the increase remain at 100bil, or does it grow in line with my income.

I'm really not sure what you mean.

I copied those directly from my armory page. Those are the 3 most expensive/powerful attack weapons, and the the 2 most expensive/powerful defence weapons.

I know these are the same weapons we've always had, but I think the gap between the top 2 defensive weapons is too high. The attack weapons have something in between to choose from, not a gap of like 200k power.

Your post doesnt make any sense to me.

updated my post. it carries over to future eras...

Is this bonus permanent through eras or just a bunus for current era (ie reset when new era starts)

def has one less weapon. so it does go 85k to 290k ...
maybe in future i fill the gap ;)
note that now, though, you get a 'point of defence' for 389 naq on the 2nd top weapon. the top weapon one point will cost you 551....
but of course you need 3x the units for the 2nd to top :)

WOOHOO, thats awesome, a bigger bank will help me with a lot of things, especially come end of era time..

Also i'm loving the other updates too, no complaints here.

Yeah, thats a very very good thing indeed, I'm actually amazed that its been put in.

Not to mention that we all have bigger banks now anyway because of the increase naq production.

Good times!

:D

*apears to be talking to a wall*

*turns around*

The income increase will increase the effectivness of feeding. Not reduce it

*hopes third time making the same point it gets heard*

No it wont....

Lowering or increasing income wont affect it at all.

Just because there is more naq out there means that a person can be fed more naq easily..... but everyone else can farm naq and generate naq more easily too.

The feeding itself is still wrong, but if one person is getting 5x more naq than other ppl because he is being fed, it doesnt matter if the incomes are high or low.... it will still equate to 5x, because income is a global constant.

Please dont make me write a mathmatical essay on it. -_-

Feeding wont stop unless it is proven and punished.

If you think higher incomes all around will increase feeding.... explain why?

u missed the BIG thing

as u have more naq, the amount that you have doesn't matter as much for techs and the lot, for ex: before it was

5k techs and then the guy getting feeded had 10k techs
now with more naq,
it going to be close to we have 10k techs
guy feeded has 15k
but only 50% power increase
instead of the 100% of before.

I see your point, but thats not entirely accurate either because the prices of techs increase by so much.

Lets say that before the average player was getting 5k techs, and feeders were getting 10k techs.

Now we have more income so maybe the average player can get 10k techs, but because high techs are so expensive, maybe a feeder can only get to 12k techs.

So if for example it take 5trill to get 10k techs, it might take 10trill to get 12k techs, so even with all the extra naq from feeding, it doesnt get so much of a benefit, so if anything... having a higher income all around WILL reduce the effect of feeding as Forum said.

O.o

That in it's self is an improvement... i rather someone only be 50% ahead of me rather than 100%, tech wise... still there's gotta be a better way....?
