Mines got new black boxes with User Info, Military Effectiveness, Personnel, and Preferences, written in the black box, the black boxes never used to be there, also a new feature that i have is Alliance Management with the news for your alliance actually on your command centre pg instead of having to click on your alliance name.

since I'm not in an alliance the options dont appear to me, but I do see the little blck boxes you speak of, so mine has changed over.
