Afternoon all,

After last years riveting finale in the GateWars Premiership Fantasy Football League we return for another round of glorious footballing action.

For those that are new to Fantasy Football - the objective is simple. Amass as many points as possible based upon the actual performances in the Barclays Premier League of your selected players whilst dealing with injuries and suspensions by making transfers. Full rules and conditions are available here.

Congratulations to last years winner and to all those that took part. The game is gaining greater interest each year and we are looking to recruit yet more individuals for this season. So, without further adue - please follow the following link and register (or re-activated last years account) at http://fantasy.premierleague.com - then go to 'Leagues' and click create/join league. Enter the following code 93806-27164.

The season starts on August 15th so we have a while to go yet, but better to have your squad organised and ready for the opening day. Best of luck to everyone who competes!

Pfft, Jim.. It's the Premier League. They have some backbone, as opposed to almost everyone else, ever been to a proper English football match?

I know this is for fun but anybody fancy some prizes or something.....As it is the SGW league we could have Nac or Men for the best team of the month as they is a form chart telling who earned the most points that month...
Or a prize for the winner say 1 mil men each player and the winner takes all the men at the end of the season...
If we have 15 players that will be 15mil men to the winner....Makes it more intresting and if we have a monthly prize as well it makes it worth while for everbody....

Sorry Universe if you are offended by that i did not know any females where going to read this post.....I will change the league name as i don't want to offend anybody.....
The name of the league was a shot a a friends GF last season...He asked me to call it that has he wanted to dump her for getting fat....
I have renamed it.....Universe is amazing....
