You must have certain standards before you can apply these are
* army Size must be bigger than 175 million
* Mothership must be above 900 billion
* ascended level LG + 2 or higher
* MUST like massing if you dont mass then dont apply
* You may be asked to mass a few players to see how you handle it
* Computer Headset is advantageous but not 100% needed
* Loyalty is needed
