i bought like 500 wepons in begining and it went up for like 10 mil, then i bought another 500 and it went up for 100-200k? XD

That would have been to do with the tech bonus. 500 weps at 200 power level is equal to 1 of the 3rd power level weapons

2500 of those weakest, 1 (third from up to down wepon) and 2 (from up to down, second wepon)

because you get 18m defence with no weapons....

148techs give 148*50k defence = 7.4m
Apply the minitech % bonus to that and
7.4m becomes 18.4m def
