Well if it is around the time of the world cup I'm going to say set up for just after the world cup because what I've heard about flights is that prices for tickets to SA before or during the world cup will be around 5x the usual.

That's the best time I can think of because most schools and I think universities are arranging their holidays to cover the world cup

I'd say plan around a week after the tournament so that the flights back the prices can ease off
