Re: What to watch?
Mahou sensei Negima actually "starts" in the middle of the series, as the original anime only covers the manga till episode 21, then there's like 2-3 major events between the anime, and the OVA listed here... something i'm actually somewhat disappointed about.
so you'd probably be best off only watching the Negima after you've read the manga up till after the festival arc.

A sentiment I can agree with, except some of them have never done a good job. Re: What to watch?
Code Geass, well know this show to be one of the best to ever grace anime.
Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood, I'm pretty sure you know about this is if you have an ounce of anime love in ya. No need to explain it.
Samurai 7 is an amazing journey and shows true courage in the face of imminent death but has much more to it.
Black Lagoon is a hectic crazy loveable anime.
Air Gear, I rather enjoyed the cheesy bit of it since it was original.
Gundam Series, All of them are pretty damn good.
Katekyo Hitman Reborn is also a very enjoyable anime.
Hajime no Ippo, both seasons are very good and cannot wait for the next season!
There are honestly so many, and hopefully I have given you some new animes to watch that I thoroughly enjoyed.

Re: What to watch?
for the Gundam series, it doesn't really matter, they arn't related (mostly a few are)

Buso Renkin is also like Bleach, if you like it, you might want to check it out. Althoug, it's only 26 episodes..

Re: What to watch?
Rurouni Kenshin is really good, but its more than likely something you have already watched
Fate Stay Night is excellent but wayyyy to short
the only others that I watch are Bleach and Naruto so not really sure of any others you might like

Fate/stay night is pretty awesome but short... and also not the whole story... but having read stories about what awaits those who play the related games unwarily... i'm leaving it at the anime.... i have a Blu-ray quality source if you'd like it... about 19.4 GB though.
