okay my question is...

If you type the word and it's not filtered is it allowed? i'm not asking if it's masking i'm asking if the word is typed spelled correctly is it allowed?

It depends on the context.
If you called someone a faggot or bastard then probably not

I know i'm not a mod but I used to be. If the word is not filtered then generally it is allowed, however it depends on what context the word is used in. Just because it is not filtered does not mean it will not be classed as profanity therefore resulting in a warning.

As said before it's the context.

If someone says something, and you say "that's so gay" it's fine. But if you personally attack someone by calling them "gay" then it is considered abuse.

If you want to say "gay" as in "happy" then just say "happy".
