Could anyone explain me why Greece is qualified while Russia isn't, despite its advantage in goals average and both having one victory, one draw and one defeat?

Exactly that, apparently the order of qualification is points and then head to head comparison and only then goal difference.
Greece beat Russia so they qualified ahead of them on head to head comparison

I noticed in all seriousness now, that germany are by far the least clinical team when it comes to converting goal chances. All the pundits seem to think Italy deserved to win and i'm not here to dispute that but Germany had more chances and chances on goal than Italy and here's the real killer. Germany had 14 corners to italy's 0. If we subbed on stoke city for our corners we would have won that game 8:2
