Various elements, I need announce the following:
- Quantum-only Trades are to take place in Quantum's own Market Forum, per today (23/02/2010).
- $ Deals involving Quantum are to take place in Quantum's own Market Forum, per today (23/02/2010).
- Cross Server Trades with Quantum are NOT allowed on the forums.
