if main = perg,
then perg players might well migrate back to the greater freedoms of main...
and I personally think the relationship between Attack Turns prices on the Forums and naq held by zer0 defense farms is not one-sided, in either direction...
but a two-way street... in which buyers determine what they will pay for,
and sellers determine what they will sell for... duh... capitalism...
If I can't farm enough with purchased attack turns to make a profit, (and grow my account faster than a blade of grass):
I can either farm riskier targets,
I can find cheaper attack turns,
I can only use the attack turns I'm given for free by Jason,
(in fact, I can sell of them back to the ingame market for use by better farmers.)
I can stick to growing my personal income and UP...
or I can spend $$ on the game.
If I can't sell my Attack Turns for enough additional resources to grow my account faster than a blade of grass:
I can use my Attack Turns to farm, raid, and cause mayhem,
I can donate them to friends who can't afford to pay me beans,
(in fact, I can sell of them back to the ingame market for use by better farmers.)
I can stick to growing my personal income and UP...
or I can spend $$ on the game.
If a lot of Buyers' and or Sellers' accounts are focused on growing their personal income and UP...
this will result in better farms, and higher returns for both buyers and sellers in the long run...
If both sides are farming and raiding active / riskier targets, and otherwise causing mayhem, this will result in better farms and higher returns for both in the long run...
If Sellers donate them to friends who can't afford to pay, those friends are then going to use them to farm and raid, or cause mayhem...
if the poor friends use turns to farm and raid, some of them will choose inactive players who pay beans, and some will choose riskier targets...
if the poor friends decide to cause mayhem, again, more farms created.
