Im not allowed to talk to admins last game i tried that i got banned for life

Alirght folks,
my bro is giving his account to someone but he can't get into his ascended account - main on VAC,
He has registered on the forums to get this issue sorted during the admin meet but hasn't received the email after registration, hence the reason why i'm posting.
Can an admin kindly volunteer to look at the account if he PM's the details from my logon? I don't want any issues with him logging in with my IP as I spent over a year building my account and a ban would piss me off.
I will PM my details too if needed.

The admin meet isnt on the forums, its in IRC. Im sure there are guides to get onto IRC somewhere......

icechat sucks, mirc is good and easy to use
