I am of the personal belief that people do not/are incapable of change, however that being said a probation couldn't hurt. Worst case scenario just ban 'em again and problem solved.

after his probation period he becomes aother standard case unpermabanned person meaning: if he gets banned once more he will be perma permabanned with no posebilety for apeal.
